Payments are made on a monthly basis once Civati receives funds from clients.
• Freelancers receive 10% of the first transaction for any client they refer to Civati.
3. Bonuses for Outstanding Work
Exceptional work may be rewarded with bonuses, and early or high-quality project completion can lead to additional rewards.
4. Freelancer Independence
Freelancers are independent contractors and are free to take on other projects, provided they don’t conflict with Civati’s interests.
5. Social Media Showcasing
Freelancers can showcase their work publicly and tag Civati on social media, which helps build their personal brand while working with recognized clients.
6. Confidentiality and IP Protections
Freelancers’ prior intellectual property remains theirs, and they are granted permission to use it in projects if declared in advance.
7. Global Jurisdiction Coverage
Civati ensures jurisdiction and dispute resolution mechanisms are in place, including arbitration for fairness.
8. Affiliate Benefit
Referring new clients to Civati entitles freelancers to a 10% affiliate commission from the first transaction post-taxes.
9. No Binding Employment
